ate too much blergh lol but no chooci

B:toast with banana, small cup of cereal and a tiny hot cross bun and a low fat latte
L:grapes, carrot and an apple with a smoothie
D:2 bowls of fruit and fibre few sppponfulls of chill con carne and banna flakes

:( pretti bad reli oh well deres always tomura and ill jus work out for an hour tonight
but am proud havnt eaten chocci for 3days
