So it has been a month at UPS now. I enjoy it, but there are a few things that piss me off:

1. Packages that weigh upwards of 50 pounds and still are marked "fragile. I think it should be against some sort of law for things made of lead to be fragile.

2. I understand that there are certain things that should be kept with a certain tside up; liquids can spill and what not. Then if that side is indeed supposed to be up, why do you put the shipping label on the opposite (bottom) side? The people who do that, including the ones in the employment of UPS should be killed in any number of brutal ways that come to mind, I think it should be an ironic death as well.

3. Things with "this side up" messages that the manufacturer thinks is cute; Vermont Teddy Bears are notourisly known for this. The bottom of the boxes all say "If you can read this then you are either underneath the be box or the bear inside is getting a headache!" First of all, it is a teddy bear and there is no reason for a teddy bear to have one siode up during shipment and second and m,ore importantly, just tell me that one side is the bottom, don't tell me that someone's inanimate, happy, fun, cutesy buttons, cuddle-time beddy-bye special friend is getting a headache when they aren't capable of such a thing.

4. I touched on this one a little bit in the last item, but it pisses me off so much that this is going to be a new item on the list. Packages whose contents have no reason what-so-ever to need one side up. MaxFli golf balls, for example have an arrow on most all of the sides of the packages to make sure that their dimpled, spherical, guarenteed to cure your slice and get you a hole in one balls of greatness require me to take special care to make sure that one side of the box is up because, as we all are aware, spherical objects are different on every side and if stored improperly, cease to be spheres.

5. Packages that say "Made in the U.S.A. Handle With Pride!"

6. Cardboard boxes.
