Good News and Bad News
So after much complaining we finally got our apartment complex management to agree to let us move to a new unit in the same complex.
It's the same floor plan but has hard-wood flooring in the kitchen and it's not leaking water out of the floors and ceiling. Quite pleasing.
The bad news is it's in another building and it's on the 4th floor. We're right by the elevator at least but they want us to have all our shit moved up there by Tuesday.
I've got a 3-day weekend at least but I wasn't even close to ready to pack up my whole apartment this weekend and set it up in a new space.
If anyone has time to help out either today, tomorrow or Sunday I would greatly appreciate it and will provide beer and food. I also may have promised punch and pie....
