(no subject)
I was blessed beyong words yesterday with a bonus at my job...of 2 WEEKS PAY (1,000 before and $850 after taxes)! Something I was NOT expecting in any way! It was my 90 day probation up...my manager gushed about what a great job I was doing, gave me insurance paperwork to fill out and said, "heres a little bonus for you...buy yourself something nice.". So I took it to my desk...and exepecting it to be $200 maybe...and wow.
So much for stressing out because we have been extremely busy, understaffed and my manager snapped at me one day in december because I didnt finish the work on my desk one day (when I was working as hard as a possibly could...AND I was sick). I realized she loves me (well she said they all love me), so I've landed in a job Im thankful for.
Valentine's Day was great, too. Our first together. My sweetheart suprised me and took me on a romantic candlelight picnic in a deserted public park. Restauraunts were too packed around here, so we did something unique.
Goooood stuff.
