We got the apartment and we love it!
1 bedroom, $675/m all utilities except electric included, a cute little private backyard, new tile n' stuff, gated, nice pool area and landscaping, excellent location (off 111 on Deep Canyon for you locals...and only 5 mins from Steve's work!), quiet, clean, etc etc. And it just felt like home from the moment we walked in.
The application/credit check process took all of 5 mins today. We put down a $300 deposit, he wrote down our names, employers names and Steve's ssn and dl. The credit check was him saying "ok" when we told him I have no credit but Steve has good credit.
This is SUCH an answer to prayer! I was a bit worried about getting an apartment since I have no credit. God is so good to us...He has been answering our specific prayers as He is bringing our lives together.
Steve is moving in July 20th.
