Toast and traveling

At what age and/or milestones did you introduce zwieback toast and biter biscuits? On the box, it says not to give it to them until 10 months, but I seem to remember people introducing them earlier than that. I've tried giving him puffs, but he's not interested in the least ( Read more... )

I honestly can't remember, but I think we didn't start with the biter biscuits until either of them were over 10 months. WE don't have the toast here.

Never taken the train with the kids, but it sounds like it will be a great trip for you guys!

We're at 8 1/2 months and still haven't introduced either of those. The biter biscuits box (hehe, say that 5 times fast) says not to give it to them till they're up and crawling on all fours and are mashing soft foods with their gums. I figure there's no hurry in introducing them, so we're just going to wait.

At what age did you introduce the biscuits?

My kiddo is 9 months, but I don't think he's quite ready. I'm slowly starting him on teeny melt-in-your-mouth type snacks.
