Pretty Boy
I just out checked out roadsideamerica.com and saw that their Sight of the Week for Aug. 15-21 is a bed & breakfast in Ohio that has the death-mask of Pretty Boy Floyd on display in the laundry room. For the many who may not know, Charles Arthur Floyd was a notorious, Dust-bowl and Depression-era bank robber and one time Public Enemy #1.
And now is as good a time as any to make a confession: Pretty Boy Floyd was also my maternal grandfather's 1st cousin. Sadly, he was, is, and probably always will be the most famous person ever produced by my family.
