i don`t appear to have brought my afghan whigs albums to holland!!!
i downloaded Gentleman yesterday cos i was on a downloading spree. 2 users in soulseek had really fast connections and i didn`t want it go to waste so i downloaded about 20 albums over a few hours. madness, but i can`t help myself at times.
anyway, i own Gentleman so i`ll download if i want.
the thing is, i wanted to listen to Black Love or 1965 today as i`d forgotten how great the Afghan Whigs were and how they should always be in my all-time favourite gig list for when they play tut`s in glasgow.
but no... not in the shelves that i can see.
what worries me is that i can`t imagine choosing to leave them behind. i still have boxes of cd`s in scotland, but only stuff marked as non-essential. i even brought the Fountains of Wayne album i`ve never managed to listen to cos it`s crap compared to the first one. so why would i choose to just leave the ones i like?
the real danger is that someone borrowed them. it`s a possibility. they were quite often borrowed as people discovered how great they are. i don`t remember though, so it`s possible someone else still has them and plans on keeping them forever.
of course i could just be an idiot and they`re in a box in scotland, but i won`t get back there for months. argh!
the only solution is for me to download them i guess.
