In my mind, at least, it's still not official, but IMDb has put up their summary of the plot for Spider-Man 3. There's nothing surprising there, and it goes with pretty much everything we've heard so far. Personally, I think Venom would be a great villain for part three, due to the natural progression of villain characters. We had Osborne (father-figure/childhood), followed by Ock (mentor/adolescence), and now Venom (equal/adulthood). I don't think they did this on purpose, mind you, but it's rather cool that it worked out that way.
