It's a hard decision to make and follow though. I had it easier since I wasn't in a relationship, but I think you know the decision I've made has been right for me (even though I miss friends & my family; though I've actually grown closer to my uncle since moving to the other side of the planet, and had many joyful times being with friends and family when they've come to visit).
And, if I can be selfish, Paris isn't far from London!
Good luck with your decision-making, but it sounds like you've already made the actual decision: but I see some of the potential details that might be causing the indecisions.
Perhaps it will help to realise that what might seem like a two-way choice really isn't that stark. You could always try it for a year or two, and then decide. It took me until this year in Sydney to know fully that I had made the right choice for me... and that's not a feeling of liking or disliking a place, it's about where I feel I belong.
