I went to bed last night with a shoulder that was in agony and a twinge of pain in my right ankle....I wake up today and the twinge is now a full on bruise and swelling, i cant straighten my right leg , cant lift my right arm above a certain point and i have a sore throat.....Im getting too old for this shit!
