I was sorting laundry a few moments ago, and I came across a pair of white, baseball pants that I wore one time in July to work. Mind you, I have done several loads of laundry since July, but I have always hesitated in washing these pants, as I never planned to wear them again. I decided it would be in my best interest to just toss them in the garbage. On my way to the kitchen, I was feeling around to make sure there were no loose articles in said pants. I felt what initially felt like folded paper, but I thought to take a closer look as I work for cash tips. To my surprise, there was a $5 bill on top of what I presumed to be a wad of folded singles. I continued to unfold and discovered a crisp $10 bill. I was overjoyed at the prospect of $15, but there was one bill left. It must be a single, I thought. Must be. NO! It was a whopping $50 bill. I had just uncovered $65 of money I had somehow forgotten about sometime in July. This is enough to make my night. Really, that's all it takes.
