4) coming home to nearly 1,500 emails (mostly spam) and finding one from the publisher at Ideomancer, informing me my short story "Mother of Exiles" is scheduled to appear in September's issue
5) the Citadel in Halifax
6) making new friends
7) losing 6 pounds
