Alright! I think I'll update.
I STILL don't have my laptop, but that's kind of a good thing too... this way I cannot procrastinate any longer... But with the way I've been acting latly who needs procrastination? I've been studying, I've been doing all my readings, I'm starting my essay on Monday (3 weeks before it's due), I've started my presentation (due on the 24th)... So everything is going pretty well with the academics.
I've been eating very well, almost all organic, I've stopped buying bread, instead I make my own, or I make biscuts I've been using whole wheat instead of regular flour. I've been eating more vegetables and less carbohydrates. And I've been avoiding sweets... Actually I bought a chocolate bar... like the first one I've eaten in a couple of months, and I could taste the chemicals in the aftertaste... it wasn't a pleasant experiance that makes me want to eat more... Also I've been continuing light workouts... I've been using weights on my arms, doing different ab consentration exersize, stretching, walking at least 2 km a day... Yeah... I'm doing pretty good. As well I've been going to bed at like 11 o'clock, and getting up at 7:30...
Well I do believe that is all... Nothing else to report for now... I'll probably check in once I get my laptop...
