Bizarre Coincidence
The strangest thing happened the other day. I ran out of milk, so I walked over to the corner shop, collected a bottle of milk, paid my $2.60 and walked out. I had walked all of six steps away from the shop when I spot a $2 coin on the ground. Then, less than 1m away, I see a 50c coin and a 10c coin... $2.60!! The exact amount I had just spent on my milk.
If it had been any other amount, I would have just thought "sweet! free money!"... But just the fact that it was the exact amount I had just spent was so weird.
I told my sister about it, and her response was "Cool. Go out and spend a million dollars". I dont think I want to risk that plan not working tho :).
