Christopher Hitchens: you are my new asshole-hero. You might be the British Hunter S. Thompson, and the media needs more truth-loving jerks like you. It is enormously refreshing to hear someone who is utterly unafriad of the rules of civility in the name of academic honesty, no matter how much the truth might hurt someone's feelings. He's an atheist, a near-drunk, and politically non-aligned....three ingredients for an unhinged commentator capable of brutal delivery.
