Getting prepared ...
Tonight I was supposed to start filming the Christmas 05 DVD (not that there'll be an 06 or so on). We still need the key to the theater and nobody that could help us was available. Kim or myself is going to contact the office this week to get it for this coming Saturday. As we'll have the whole day we can probably put it all down in one sitting. This gives me more prep time, more as well as more time with my metranome (if you told me 15 years ago I'd be glad I got that stupid metranome for my birthday I'd have laughed). It also gives me the opportunity to clean up a few odd lyrics that I can rework to shape the songs a bit more. I'm putting about 4 or 5 originals on it and a couple covers. I don't want it to be longer than 6 or 7 songs. There's a limit on the amount of time it'll hold a person's attention.
