It was just released the show has been renewed for season 7!

CBS ANNOUNCES RENEWALS FOR RETURNING SERIES FOR THE 2016-2017 SEASON

I haven't been watching this season but from a lot of the reactions I saw on Twitter and here I wasn't expecting it

I haven't been as into season 6 as normal, but I have to say all of the episodes this season have been good quality episodes. I'm still a little confused about Grover's situation after he basically kidnapped two people. There didn't appear to be repercussions because of that. But then Amber ran a guy down and there were no repercussions to that either.

I am actually glad to hear there will be a season 7.

I'm really surprised! I was sure this would be the last season. I watched several episodes today while suffering from a sinus infection :-(. I didn't hate them so maybe there's hope.

Seriously! I love how, at least for the last few seasons, the "cancellation predictor" sites, like the 1 with the cancellation bear, SWORE from the beginning of the season that the show wouldn't make it past that season--& then they had to eat their words when CBS announced their series renewals.

I'm not saying we'll make, or beat, the 12 season run of the original version (but I wouldn't mind it if we did... just saying), but so far we've lasted a little over half as long & that's not bad at all.
