So Many Exclamation Marks
What did I do today? I bought hoummous and pittas! Yum! Hooray for irreverence and capitalist leanings of our current contemporary society.
To be fair, unlike many of my delightful correspondents and colleagues, I had a splendidly mundane reason for ignoring the Two Minutes' Silence today: I was on hold on the phone to Broadband Engineers. It was a paradoxical talking-but-not-really-talking thing. So I ended up doing exactly what everyone didn't want.
Oh, and a newly un-emo Washu came up to me (after a de-emo-fying evening) and called me a pretentious git; I responded thusly:
Optimist: "Yes, yes. I am 100% pretentious git."
Washu: "Perhaps we can tap you? You know, for pretentiousness and git-nuggets."
