Clueless...

Im glad today it's raining, maybe today people will stay home...

Yesterday, it was such a nice day out and Bailey was following me around with that take me to the park look, so we hopped in the car and went off to a park in Jersey. I pull in to see it completley packed, going up the road to pull into the lot was a game of dodge the old people, they were all walking on the road (all over the road) instead of the concourse which was next to road. They thing that erked me most was that they refused to move, or share the road, and they would give me this look like I was invading there territory.

I managed to find a parking spot crammed between two SUV's. another SUV was leaving the lot, when it decided to make an awkward turn back the one way inbound lane, don't know why the driver felt making a K turn to do this was a legitimate turn, but he got caught by other drivers honking at him. The driver then half way into his turn was forced to k turn back towards the right flow of traffic. This park was always moderatley busy, even when they had cook outs and gatherings. But this day was covered from treeline to treeline with people. the birds were in hiding and the majority of the geese flew away. There were too many people fishing and playing in the lake for any fish to be biting, kids were running around unattended, a lot of people brought there dogs so there was plenty of pee and poop on the ground, and the noise was equal to a theme park. This day the parlk had lost it's charm.

Decided to pack it in after two laps (luckily with no incidents) on my way back to my car I noticed a new car pulled up next to mine on the left, A guy and his bull of a dog is unloading, on the right is a family loading into there van. I stand off to the side and wait to gain access to my car. The family was going at a snails pace, when the guy seemed to be good to go. The guy stops short between my car and his and decides to hop on the cell phone, I gave him a second, then he decided to go into a conversation. Worse he seems to be trying to locate somebody in the massive crowd and draw them to him. Keeping our dogs at a distance I motion to him and tell him I need to get to my car, jerkoff continues to yap away. Working my way around the jackass and his mutt I made it to my car and was ready to go before the people on either side of me could process a thought. The guy eventually gets off the phone and apoligizes to me as im prepared to back out. I tell him to save it.

A 5 yr old kid rides his bike out into the parking lot and directly behind my car as i begin to pull out. Luckily I was being very cautious (the amount of dumbasses around you kinda have to) otherwise I probably would have hit him. I wait for the kid to move, instead the boy just sits there staring at my car, directley behind me. I was about to hop out of my car to move the kid out of the busy lot (and from behind my vehicle) when a man comes casually walking up from behind a truck "Eli, now watch yourself". Dumbfounded that this neglectful monkeynutz was suppose to be the kids supervisor, I was tempted to hop out and bitch at him when I realize the park is full of people like him and why bother venting on one, when i could just leave.

Almost home when I receive a call from my sis and her friends that they are in the park in Nyack and they found a stray and there asking for help. After instructing them on what to do thru phone calls, they ask if I would come by and have a look. I get home and unload Bailey, then set off to yet another park. Jam packed with people I did not see them, maybe they meant the trail, coarse none of them are answering their phones at the moment so i was unable to verify. I go to the trail and nothing. On my way out I pulled into a friends driveway (greeted by Soze) to make one last call to let them know im leaving Nyack, nothing. I later learned that the dog did in fact have an owner that they didn't wait for me and left and never intended to let me know they left, and my sister and her friends are clueless. The End.
