New Year's family gathering, pizza, permanent pandemic
My brother hosted a family gathering at his house, to celebrate the New Year. My parents, "J", "T", and I attended. My brother's wife was absent; she's in China.
We had good pizza, with thick crust. It reminded me of Godfather's Pizza, back when Godfather's was good. (People who don't remember Godfather's ever being good probably don't live in or near Omaha.)
For dessert, my mother contributed chocolate pudding pie in a graham cracker crust.
J and I picked up custom thank-you cards on the way home at Walgreens.
New for 2023: since the pandemic looks like it will never really go away, I'm retiring the post-quarantine report tags. I'll continue with a "Visits" report mentioning places and people, but I'm not tagging them any more.
