so far today...
So far I went to the most boring three hour orientation meeting of all time. There was one video out of three that we had to watch that was actually produced this millennium. This was only because someone at Eby-Brown corporate felt the need to say something about how we can fight terrorism. That's right, I can fight terrorism by making sure not to put chemicals in the same shipping box as food!!
Well, they did help fight terrorism in one way. There is no way in hell that anyone can cut anything with the stupid box cutters provided by the company. If only the hijackers had Eby-Brown box cutters everything would be different today.
On a crappy note, cops suck. I've called officer Tarr at the Livonia police department two times and left two messages and he still hasn't called back. I called him at 11:30 and at 1 but nothing from him.
I guess I should fill you in. A couple of weeks ago Nicolle and myself were eating at a Steak 'N Shake in Livonia. Apparently I dropped my Social Security Card in the restaurant. By some stroke of luck it wasn't a terrorist looking to steal my identity that picked it up. Instead it's sitting at the popo palace. The worst thing is if I don't get it today they're going to destroy it, and for obvious reasons in starting a new job... I need it.
Well, I better eat before I go. Bacon always makes me hungry.
