so summer school is finally over. thank you Jesus!!!! i got an 89 on my last test, on my extra credit assignment i got like 18 points added to my test score average.. so i think my average for the class may be a b!!! all i can say is, i wouldve been up a creek if chris hadnt helped me out. oh goodness i dont even want to think about it. all i know is ive got 3 weeks of absolutely NOTHING before moving in.. i dont know what to do with myself!
friday i worked with toddy all day trying to keep him from freaking out.. ups didnt come till 330 (theyre supposed to get to the store around 1030 so we can stock everything) so i worked for about 7 hours trying to get everything ready and doing some work for todd so he wouldnt die. then jenna went to get her ears pierced at the mall and all of us went to watch. SO EXCITING!! annnnnd i just spent my evening over at todd and lichiels watching tivo-ed last comic standing and treasure hunters (i totally want to be on that show.. holy crap)
SATURDAY!!!! we went to baltimore to see the orioles play the white sox. we met chris at the metro station (he got there 45 minutes before us since we left 30 minutes late, stopped to eat instead of eating in the car, and shawn refused to take chris' advice to get off the interstate and take an alternate route when there was a huge accident)... and because of how late we were, we ended up missing the top of the first inning (and more importantly, the frickin NATIONAL ANTHEM! ugh my favorite part).. but it was still a great game. 3 hours and 47 minutes of entertainment.. people behind the dugout were getting hit with foul balls and broken bats left and right. and it was high scoring so that made it even more fun! it was a long trip home, but we finally got to lynchburg around 2 in the mornin..
today has been slow.. shawn, ben, and i had lunch at bens house on our own today since julies in new york with her sister and mom and dad were at church all afternoon since victory house 2 was dedicated today and they were having an open house. watched tv, took a 3 hour nap, went walking with mama and got ice cream to celebrate the end of summer school... now im waiting on a call from leah so i can go over and watch some more friends episodes with her. =) ah cousin bonding. cant get enough.
tomorrow: dci competition in salem. oooohhhhh i miss guard so much!
tuesday: field trip with the rents to farmville to try to sell my loft.
friday: talladega nights comes out!! i need to find someone to see this with (im too poor to make the trip to richmond)
