This is embarassing - but I'm using the standard Windows Photo Editor. *hides*
Do you mean that I should define the size of the icon, as I'm saving the image? I see that Picture Manager lets you define in terms of pixels the width and height... would that help? What is the size of an icon?
Yeah that would help a lot. LJ lets you use 100x100 pixel icons. When I crop images I always crop to the same height width... 398x398 for example so that when I resize (in PSP) it doesn't mess it up when I go to 100x100. In PS, you can set it to auto resize when you crop an image so as soon as you crop it will resize it to 100x100
I don't know how windows photo editor works and that might be part of the problem. ;)
OK - this seems to be a real step in the right direction - I just did one using 100x100 when I cropped.
