Spiders. Everywhere.

Well a CPAP machine is an interesting beast. Not entirely unpleasant just weird to use if you never have before. Kinda feels like someone blowing into your nose the entire night but you get used to it and it eventually becomes sort of fun.

That said I really didn’t notice any difference in the restfulness of the sleep I got. I’ll be going back in to get the official results and readings from the machines that were wired all over my head and body on Tuesday.

Today was interesting as well. Because I slept all last night I didn’t sleep in the day but because my natural rhythm now is set to have me down in the day I was fairly inactive in spite of being awake. A few phone calls, a bit of online gaming, then dinner.

Dinner was simple but good. Turkey spaghetti.

It’s summer here (stating the obvious) and with that comes the insects. More specifically come the spiders. We’re being invaded by them. While eating dinner one just decided to come walking in the back door. It met with a shoe. Spidies stay outside or die, this is a known policy. Then after dinner another one, just like the other, was trucking up the wall like it owned the place. It met with the same shoe. It was only like 10 minutes later.

So we walked to 7-11 to get things. No problem. But on the way back, on the SAME path we’d walked through not 5 minutes before, another spider had begun to construct a rather large web right across the path. Pretty big spider too. DAMN. They’re everywhere tonight. We went another way to get home. Can’t kill it for being outside, that’s where they live, but if it comes in the house it’s a goner.

Jeez.
