Records and Walmart
I have condensed my record collection to 4 crates. My guesstimate is 300 or so, total! Listening to the Moody Blues now as the final stage of the sorting.
Have also read an interesting article at CNN regarding a shooting at a Glendale, AZ Walmart. I never went to Glendale when I could help it, it reminded me too much of Buffalo. Really crappy and poor looking. I simply love some of these quotes, as well:
"The woman said she saw one of the men collapse between two cars.
She said she felt safe enough to leave the van when she saw the store manager."
and..
"Video showed the second victim lying in a space reserved for shopping-cart returns."
Yes, I ALWAYS feel safe when a Walmart employee is present. I can't even begin to write what happened a few weeks ago while shopping at a Walmart with H. It was crazy. It took hours to get help in shoes, and no one knew what was going on. We just wanted to know what was in STOCK. And to think they'd protect us from danger? Yea.
I'm going to boogie on out of here, now.
