I had something that emulated pneumonia. I got medicine from the Doctor. It had bad timing, around my sisters wedding. At least on Saturday for the wedding I was functional enough to be able to be part of the festivities. I rolled the runner down the isle with my now brother in law's brother, and sat at the head table at the reception. Smoked some weed with my brother in law's brother and drank, danced and had a good time. Naomi caught the bouquet, I caught the garter. Maybe a sign. Maybe.
Had a nice night with H last. Her 20th birthday, she had a shitty day. I returned and we got sushi at Plum House. Well, I had Chicken Teriyaki, she had Sushi. Then I had a surprise for her; but had to stop at the cafe for a Chai first. Went to the cafe, Pam and Julie shouted "happy Birthday!" and brought the cake Julie baked out. That was the surprise, but the only way I could have made it so is by saying I needed a Chai. Julie put 20 candles in the cake, we sat in the big room and lit them all. Everyone in the cafe sang "happy Birthday" and some people shared cake. It was amazing and nearly made her cry. I'm glad i made her evening.
We then went to see Rev. Horton Heat at Milestones, it was a tad expensive but the show was pretty damn good. I hope she enjoyed it; I went mostly to have something to do but not as "hey come listen to music I like", but as "i hope you like it it's a gift to you." It all went good.
I'm moving back to Buffalo. I decided to take the house. I'm going to live there until it's sold. It's a beautiful, HUGE house. I've already rigged the stereo. I'm going to start digging for the small water garden I want. Then I'm going to paint. And find a job. And all that good stuff. I am excited, mostly for the knowledge I won't be there for maybe more than just the summer.. then I'll return to Rochester or something. I'm going to continue volunteering for the Rochester based organizations that I love, but I'm going to just have to drive farther to do so.
So there it is.
