Yes I did.
What can I say has happened... Not much I suppose. My computer is in for repair after I tried millions of times to fix it. I knew it was because of my shitty graphics card (Radeon 9600), however after billions of tries of driver installation etc, I just buckled and took it to the computer store.
Turns out it's just the hardware configuration. Go figure. So I'm now slipping to the light side and going with GeForce. I'm looking at the 5900TX right now, but I think the computer dudes already tried to install a model for me (the 5200 >:( )... I'll have to go bust their bubble.
God I can't wait to get my hands on Half-Life 2. Lack of funds are keeping me from it though.
I guess I'll go get ready and head to the shop, try and get that better videocard.
