A resolution that I decided last week, since we're now kinda working on shift and I start an hour later. Wanted to wake up at the usual timing and go for a run before heading to work. But I feel sick last week and just couldn't wake myself up at the usual time to go.
Monday and Tuesday I conveniently excused myself from running, since I went to the gym on Monday evening.
Finally dragged myself outta bed today and went for a run. It wasnt a long run but its a good start I supposed. Realised that my upper body is really weak, especially my back.
Running a little late for work but should be able to reach on time. Positive thoughts positive thoughts.
