Title: She's a Screamer
Pairing: Calleigh/Natalia, Calleigh/Eric friendship and some mentioning of past Cal/Sofia and Nat/Eric. Cake? No WAY!
Fandom: CSI: Miami mostly, a little x-over with CSI.
Rating: NC-17 eventually
Disclaimer:I don't own them. No money, yadda, yadda, yadda!
Spoiler: none for new episodes. Takes place somewhere after “Internal Affairs”
Author's note(s): This is really just a little fun, because of this hideous You Tube Video
lizadizzle posted on
duvista and this insane sentence “She's a screamer“. Since no one stepped up to write a story about it, I had to do it on my own. (Okay, made a little mistake before and that caused some confusion. I said
caligrlz posted that video, which sadly isn't online anymore, but it really was
lizadizzle . Sorry for the mix up!)
Summary: Cal and Eric get a little drunk and Eric spills the beans about his relationship with Nat. Calleigh decides to form her own opinion about that. A little trip down memory lane concerning Cal/Sofia. I took some liberties with their past concerning university. And then Calleigh invites Natalia for a weekend off.
A/N2: This story has a mind of its own. I swear to God, it isn’t my fault. This should have been a little two part story, just some crack!fic…. And now? It’s huge and becoming bigger every day. Cal and Nat demanded some actual plot. Sex wasn’t enough for them… And who am I to argue with THEM???
Thanks: As always to my wonderful beta
sofia_lindsay who did her thing even if this is NOT CM.

A/N 3: Oh BTW, I've never been to Florida. I made it all up * g*
The bike held in front of her and all Natalia could do was stare. The bike of her dreams and it was standing right in front of her. And then Calleigh kicked down the kick stand and took off the helmet, throwing her hair back over her shoulders again.
“Hey Nat. You ready to go?”
“Uhu.” Came Natalia's not so intelligent reply.
“Nat! Hey Nat. Earth to Natalia!” Calleigh waved her hand in front of the brunette's eyes repeatedly.
“Yes! Yes I'm here!” Natalia finally snapped out of it and smiled at her friend.
“Hey Cal. Nice ride you got there. Is it yours?”
A slight blush appeared on Calleigh's cheeks. “Yes. It's mine. You like it?”
“Like it? I Love it. This is the bike I've been lusting after for months now. The engine is liquid cooled, four stroke, transverse four cylinder with five valves per cylinder. It goes from 0 to 60 mph in 3.1 seconds and its top speed is 184 mph.”
Natalia took a deep breath, this time it was Calleigh's turn to stare.
This was all going far better than Calleigh had expected. While Natalia counted off the perks of the bike she couldn't miss how her eyes sparkled with excitement and joy. This was exactly what she wanted for Natalia this weekend. She wanted to see Natalia this happy as much as possible and she'd do all in her might to make that happen. Only then did Calleigh register how hot Natalia looked in the suit she bought for her. It was a tight fit, accenting all of her friend’s curves and Calleigh really had to fight the urge to stare at her shamelessly.
“I didn't know you were into bikes. How come you never talk about it?”
“It's part of the private Calleigh. Not even Horatio knows and I would prefer if it stayed that way. But I want you to know the private me. We're friends and its time I showed you some things of my life outside the job. And since you love bikes as much as I do I think I found us the perfect activity to spend some time.”
Calleigh's tone was light and chipper not giving away her thoughts; she'd know some other activities she'd rather indulge in with Natalia.
The brunette looked straight at Calleigh for the first time now; the bike had occupied her perception until then. And she noticed that Calleigh looked absolutely spectacular and breathtaking in her suit. Black had always been Calleigh's color, but this suit beat everything Natalia had ever seen her in. She felt her heart rate pick up a notch and didn't quite know what to do about it.
“We'll see what else we find this weekend to kill some time with.” Natalia's reply was uttered in a low voice, not quite sure what it was she was feeling right that moment.
“Okay, shall we get going then?” Calleigh turned half around and got a second helmet out of the case behind the seat.
“Where are we going?” Natalia's curiosity peaked again. What else had Calleigh planned? It couldn't possibly get any better.
“You'll have to wait and see. We have a little ride ahead of us. Now, get up and stop asking questions.”
Natalia put on the helmet and was surprised when she heard Calleigh's voice right beside her ear.
“There's a mike in the chin peace and a speaker beside your right ear. It's Bluetooth, so we can talk on the way. Good?”
“Sure, but I guess I'll just enjoy the ride.”
Natalia climbed behind Calleigh and put her arms around the blonde's waist.
“I'm ready. Let's go!”
Calleigh wasn't sure if this had been a good idea after all. Natalia was snuggling up to her back, her arms firmly around her waist. She had to take some deep breaths to calm down again, her heart racing and her blood pumping at the unusual proximity. She had to stay cool or they would end up wrapped up around a tree or something.
Finally Calleigh kicked back the kick stand and shifted into first gear again. Slowly she drove out of the parking space in front of Natalia's apartment, getting used to the additional weight on the bike.
Carefully the blonde maneuvered the bike through the afternoon traffic heading north. Soon she found out that it was easy with Natalia riding shot-gun. Turning a corner she leaned in just right, making it easy for Calleigh to handle the bike as usual. And after she didn't have to concentrate as hard on driving anymore she was able to enjoy the feeling of Natalia behind her, snuggling against her back, arms around her waist, her thighs pressing against her own. She felt her body warmth through the two layers of black leather, surrounding her like a cocoon. She felt Natalia's heartbeat strong and steady against her back, heard her breaths through the speaker insider her helmet.
“Can we go faster?” She heard Natalia's request bubbling with excitement; joy flooding through her system about Natalia's childlike happiness. She let the feeling wash over her and found it manageable to stay in control. Her hands were still steady on the handles, she didn't have the urge to pull over and ravish her friend right on the spot.
When she was sure that her voice wouldn't give her away either she answered.
“After we leave the city limits we can tune it up a little. Part of our route has a 70 mph limit. You'll like it!”
Calleigh really looked forward to that part of her route now; she liked driving fast and she really liked this route because it had a 70 mph limit in extended length. And she simply knew that Natalia would also like it.
Weaving through the traffic, waiting at red lights, they got a lot of stares. The bike sure enough was a looker on its own, but with the two of them on it Calleigh saw a lot more heads turn than usual and glances following them more bluntly. She was used to it. Most people or better most men couldn't grasp the concept of such a tiny woman handling such a heavy and powerful bike and she got a lot of disbelieving but appraising stares all the time she was on her bike.
Natalia embraced Calleigh a little harder around the waist, hugging her a little closer, trying her to transport the gratitude she felt at that moment. Natalia had never been a good co-driver. She had trust issues due to her past and she just never trusted anyone enough to feel really safe riding shot-gun. But this was different.
She had felt how Calleigh checked out the reactions of the bike with the additional weight; how she carefully probed into turning a corner, seeing how she would handle herself. She felt Calleigh ease after a few turns, her posture becoming more relaxed with every feet they drove together. She was amazed how effortlessly Calleigh handled the bike, bending its raw power to her will. And she felt safe.
There was no place in the entire world where she would have felt any safer and any happier right this moment. There was no place in the whole world she'd rather be right then. She felt Calleigh's warmth radiating through the leather, felt her breathing beneath her arms, a steady up and down of her stomach where her hands rested. She felt Calleigh's muscles move against her inner thighs, against her breasts and her arms, every movement calm and controlled. There was no haste, no rush. And she felt the bike rumbling beneath her, the vibrations of the engine sending waves of anticipation through her body. She felt safe with Calleigh and now she desperately needed to go faster. She needed to feel the wind, the power. She could face everything as long as Calleigh was with her.
And then they had left the city limits.
“Hold on!” she heard Calleigh beside her ear, giving her a fair warning. But Natalia had been so absorbed in her musings that she was taken by surprise either way. She was pulled back from Calleigh as the blond accelerated and shifted gears in a quick sequence. Only the fact that she had been holding on to Calleigh as tightly as possible before kept her from falling of the bike. When she had adjusted herself again she felt another rush of joy washing over her as they flew down the road like a silver bullet. She would have loved to go faster, to see just how fast the bike really was. She was tempted to ask Calleigh to do it, but she knew it was irresponsible and reckless. Calleigh would probably do it, if she asked her to, but she knew that it wouldn't sit well with her friend. So she didn't give voice to her thoughts and just enjoyed their trip. Riding with Calleigh on a Thunderace nonetheless was really something worth swooning over, a memory nobody could ever take away from her. Ever!
Natalia registered that they were driving north along the coast. Somewhere along the way Calleigh had left the Interstate and had switched to the more atmospheric coast street. They had to drive considerably more slowly here but the view was breathtakingly beautiful. Their shadow grew longer as the day passed and much too soon Calleigh left the street and drove up a quiet side road leading toward the beach.
Only moments later she realized that the way was headed to a hotel. Small, decent, out of sight and definitely upscale.
“We're here.”
Calleigh's voice, still a little foreign through the speaker, stopped her musings again. And only a moment later she brought the bike to a full stop right in front of the main entrance.
She kicked down the kick stand and let Natalia get off the bike first. A valet came over to them, his appreciation showed only for a moment before he schooled his features again. Calleigh got off the bike and took off her helmet at the same time Natalia did. The valet lost his composure for a second again at the sight of the two beautiful women shaking out their long, full hair after taking the helmets off. Calleigh grinned conspiratorially at Natalia and winked at her letting her eyes drift to the valet with a smirk. Without commenting the blonde grabbed her stuff from under the seat and let the valet drive off with her bike, but not without giving him a warning glance.
'Don't mess with my bike or my girl!' She could have said it out loud and the message wouldn't have been any clearer.
Then she turned to Natalia, eyes blazing with amusement, and motioned for her to follow her into the main building of the hotel.
“He was cute, wasn't he?” Calleigh asked, trying to break the silence that surrounded them as Natalia looked around in wonder.
“What? Who?” Natalia answered confused.
“The valet. He was cute and he totally checked you out.” He had tried to hide it, but Calleigh saw him give her friend the once over anyway.
“Oh him...” Sure she had noticed the valet and thinking about it he really had been kind of cute. Tall, dark hair, light muscles but not too much; a little too young maybe. “Yeah, I guess he is kinda cute. But ...” Natalia left the sentence unfinished, not sure what she wanted to say herself. She had barely noticed him because Calleigh had distracted her effectively from anything else. The way she took off her helmet and shook out her hair afterwards; the late afternoon sun catching in the strands and making them shimmer even more golden than usually. She couldn't take her eyes off of her friend, her breath catching in her throat at the sheer beauty of the moment.
She had always thought of Calleigh as a beautiful woman, right from the first moment she had laid eyes on her, but this was different. Her heart picked up slightly and she felt a strange ache in her chest she couldn't place. When Calleigh spoke to her she had felt like she had been woken up from a delicious dream.
They arrived at the front desk at that moment and Calleigh addressed the reception clerk while Natalia tried to observe her casually out of the corner of her eyes.
But the clerk beat Calleigh to it and spoke first.
“Welcome at the Seafront Cabins. My name is Edward. How may I help you?”
“Good evening Edward. Duquesne. I made reservations for three days.”
“Ah yes Miss Duquesne. You're right on time. Your room is ready and your luggage arrived a while ago. It's at your room already. If you would just sign here and show me some ID?”
After Calleigh had signed the papers the clerk handed her two magnet cards.
“These are the keys to your room. They also open the main doors after ten P.M. so nobody can trespass. You have room number six, right on the beach. Our restaurant is open until eleven P.M. Or you can call for room service the whole night. If you have any more questions you can call the front desk at any time, just dial zero from your room. I will call someone to show you to your room.”
“Thank you Edward, that's not necessary. I know the way.”
“Yes, of course Ma'am. Enjoy your time at the Seafront Cabins.”
