Clima Cool
So I bought new sneakers when the bungee laces on mine finally snapped. So we were at the JC Penny's outlet and they had a really good deal. I usually get Sketchers due to the flattness of my feet, but I decided to try a few of these on. I ended up getting a pair of Adidas. They looked nice, they fit good, and the arches weren't too high. They were also pretty lightweight which I like also. Perfect and $19.99! So when I first put them on at home, I notice a little tag saying Clima Cool. Alright they might keep my feet nice and cool. Thats great I suppose when it is not 20* outside, so my toes were kinda chilly on my first venture outside with the new shoes. I survived and thought it was kinda funny and moved on. Well this weekend it snowed. I put the shoes on to go walk Peyton instead of trying to dig out my boots from last year. Well I learned that Clima Cool also means holes in the bottoms of the shoes. How stupid! My feet were soaked. It was a good thing Peyton was quick about the peeing on that particular occasion! That is the whole reason I wear shoes in the first place is to have something between my feet and the ground! But I still like the shoes. I guess Ill just have to find something to wear for the rest of the winter. I think I have an old ugly pair of sneakers still. I guess they'll have to do for now.
