(no subject)
Haha hey kids... it's been a while. I've been ridiculously busy with school, student government, soccer and miscillaneous other stuff as well. I actually like being busy, I guess I'm one of those people who can't handle just sitting around doing nothing. Anyway.. yeah I don't even remember what's happened since the last time I updated.
Went to West Palm Beach, Florida with my dad for Spring Break. That was fun... I mean I wouldn't really say it was FUN but it was definately really relaxing. And as much as it was nice to get away for a bit, it was like ridiculous how much I missed my friends. I think it's really funny how the school breaks when I stay home I complain that I'm bored and I want to go somewhere for vacation. But the breaks when I go on vacation I end up missing my friends so badly that I just want to go home. hmm wierd? Butyeah I talked to all of my good friends like every night of that entire week on the phone and that still wasn't enough for me. I guess that's a good sign because like... obviously we have a really good friendship if I can't go a week without seeing you, and talking to you guys every night and still missing you that much. But it also kind of scares me because in two years we're gonna go our seperate ways and I'm going to have to wait a lot longer than a week in between visits. Oh well, i'm getting way ahead of myself, we'll cross that bridge when we come to it.
What else? We had our first two soccer games. Thursday we played Seaholm... they were pretty good but definately beatable. We played really well but we just couldn't put the ball in teh back of the net. And then last night we played Country Day (defending state champions) lol... they were very very good but I still think we played pretty well. Player for player we might not match up against them but in heart and hard work I think we really proved ourselves last night. Yeah the score was 3-0 but the goals were not pretty, just off of corner kicks and stuff (no offense Mings haha). And we hung with them for the entire game and even had one or two scoring chances of our own. So, even though our record has two losses to start... I don't mind because we've been playing well and we still have so much ahead of us. But yeah, anyways... after the game was really really fun. Steven and Alexander came which made me very happy. Thank you guys, I know I bugged you all week and it made me really happy to see you guys up in the stands. :) But yea so talked to them for a bit, introduced them to Mings as promised haha. But yeah then when I went up to talk to my dad I found the Winberrys, the Kunkels, the O'Briens, and the Doughertys. I was really surprised to see the Winberrys but apparently they saw that we were playing each other in the newspaper and decided to come watch, which was very very nice of them :) but yeah then we all went to dinner at Flying Fish haha. In the words of O'Brien.. "who names a resturaunt Flying Fish if you dont have any seafood?" lol. But yeah we went out to Mings' dad's car to get the video camera (he taped teh game) to watch when Carly Keyes got nailed in the face with a ball lol. BUT Mings decided she wanted to freakin drive the car around the parking lot. Lol so yeah we get in and I'm thinking like ohh a nice little swing around the parking lot. BUT NO... she's literally going 100 and driving in circles around a light pole. Lol, and then she couldn't park the car back in the spot the same way so she was scared her daddy would find out.. AND she remembers the next day that she forgot to put the seat back to where it was. HAHA niiiiiiiice. But yeah anyways that was really fun, kinda scary, I kinda tackled Kunkel a few times but whatever lol. Yeah we finished up dinner. I'm really hoping I end up playing for Vardar next year.. I love those girls, they're so fun to be around and the energy and heart and stuff on that team just gets me so excited to even maybe have the opportunity to be a part of it. :) And all of you annoying kids who bug me about how I know Mings.. lol.. its a long story but Im sick of telling it so I'm putting it right here. We met at ODP camp like 5 years ago, talked online for a while after but then stopped talking but we still had eachother on the buddy lists. And when we would read the other's away messages and profile ands tuff we noticed that we liked all the same music so we started talking again. And now we talk all the time and you're jealous. :) hahah not really but okay. ANYWAY
This morning.. woke up, watched some tv, computer for a little, took my dog for a walk, gave him a bath, a little more tv, played soccer for a long time outside and now I'm sitting here updating. FUN!! :) Hopefully seeing a movie or going out somwhere tonight, I'm in the mood for FUNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN!
