I for sure hate it when people use their livejournals to complain about petty little things that they should learn how to brush off and forget about. For instance "omg my mom is so annoying. She wouldn't let me go out tonight because she wanted to 'spend time with me'!" STEP THE FUCK DOWN YOU BITCH. At least you have a mom who is alive, healthy and wanting to develop a relationship with you! And you're not even grateful enough to give her the time of day. Well I've got news for you... you just wait until she doesn't wake up one morning to drive you to the mall and buy you new clothes because she died in the middle of the night of breast cancer. And THEN you see how upset you are that you can't go buy your new outfit. Seriously, you people sit here and take advantage of how lucky you are. You're lucky enough to still have a mother. He always takes the best, ya know? I bet my mom and I had a relationship that half of you didn't even know could exist between a mom and her daughter. And you're never going to find out what that feels like because you're too busy complaining and fucking every guy you see to realize what a great person brought you onto this goddamn earth. Well, my advice to all of you is to take a step back every once in a while and look at what you have. I would never wish that what I had to go through would happen to any of you.. but look at what's happened these last few months. Look at how many people around us are dying. What are you gonna do when the next person is someone who was really close to you? How are you going to feel when the last words you said to them are "I HATE YOU YOU'RE RUINING MY LIFE!" Tell your parents you love them tonight before you go to bed. Give them a kiss good night becuase it could be the last chance you have. And please, if you won't do this for yourself, do it for me, never take advantage of your parents again because seriously you have no idea when they'll be gone. I love you and miss you so much Mom.. it's nights like this when I know you would've been here to help me out.
