I went and ran an 8K at Magnolia Springs today with Rosa and Coach Welle :-). It was a lot of fun. I can't believe 70 year old people go out there and run 4.8 miles. It's crazy, but fun. It was freezingggg when we got there at 7:15, but after the race, which started at 9, it was really comfortable out.

Geez... that girl in the blue shirt looks terrible. ;) Great job on your run this morning!! I had a really awesome time. Cute pic of Ms. Welle... I think she really hit it off with Notre Dame mustache guy, hahah. :] Lya girl!
