Still waiting for Edward's grandparents to up and die. COME ON ALREADY!
I won't mind spending time with Edward's parents, but his (perfect Catholic) cousin's wedding is going to be HOLY AWKWARD batman!
After Thanksgiving his parents wanted me to say hi to his grandparents on the phone and make small talk. I said "I have to go to the bathroom for 30 minutes or so" and went downstairs. I WILL WAIT THEM OUT until they turn on Matlock or something. Not interested!
What is the point of making fake nice at relatives who don't give a shit about you? It's not making anyone any more pleasant to Edward's dad or mom. WTF is the point?
Apparently the Grandfather puts down Edward's dad a lot. And me making nice is supposed to help?
Whatever. I plan on getting HAM MERED for sure.
