Mum's back, she bought me The Crow from some discount DVD place in Brissie. Derek went on an Amazon.com spree and bought Rhinestone. I am in a happy movie place :)

Coursework bad. Dissertation pretty.
This is about the sum of my brain activity at present. My coursework is dead in the water but my dissertation is really flying along at about 2000 SG1 words. Might have something to do with interest and motivation, but more likely something to do with a certain lecturer who shall remain nameless who WILL NOT give me a straight answer about the next assignment. It isn't like its due in ONE WEEK and I don't even know what to do.
And just when I thought the whole coursework thing couldn't be any worse I get an e-mail from the co-ordinator saying that me and Jo get to find readings and lead the discussion for the next reading group.
Feeling down? Here, Steph, speak in front of a bunch of strangers and make a fool of your dumb self, that'll cheer you up! ARGH! Not funny.

Maybe the discs that are constricting my spinal cord and paralysing my foot are also paralysing my brain. Its a sound theory, I think. It'd be funny.
