Hehe, I got out of doing the mowing because I said it really hurts my ears, making the tinitis worse and I can't hear for days afterwards. Which is entirely true - I don't mind mowing, really - I just don't feel like it.
Pleading deafness doesn't, however, get me out of doing the roast lamb for tea. Shame. But anyway, I make it best.
Just finished proofreading 26 pages of mum's thesis only to be told that 'I told you only to do the first 15 pages'. Like I heard.
