I smell like fish.....
I really need to shower. I just got home from work....i spent most of my afternoon cleaning fish. We got a shit-load of salmon an Talipia (er whatever it is) in....an so i learned how to clean fish. (Way different then how i learned from being in Wis.) but it was muy fun.
I'm kinda pissed at Yvonne. She called me last night an was like "i have you on for tomorrow (being tonite)" (which was a BIG surprise) an she has me out on the floor...so i'll be making a whole lot of nothing. She had Blady back in the kitchen....an he's sposed to be our server...an i dont know if she just doesnt have me cooking b/c she thinks i dont wanna do any cooking before i leave for vacation, or if Blady is kinda "replacing" me...if he is, thats cool...cause he knows a lot more than me (he used to be a sous chef--er however you spell it) an so he has a lot more expeirience....but if this is gonna be a permenant switch, i'm gonna tell Yvonne that i can only work on weeknights, or not at all....i'm not gonna waste my time workin for $3.50 an shitty tips when i can go full time at The House. ya know?
anyways...i AM going to go get clean now....and do laundry.
oh, btw...know how i was talking about the situation that i didnt think i could "make" happen....weeeeeel. I did :D and it was a good thing i did :)
