goodbye long beach
it's been fun. so i had this monday and tuesday off of school for fall break. i think it's an east coast thing. so i was in long beach since friday night and i'm leaving tomorrow morning.
Friday
got in around 8. maya came over to say hi. marching band people called and told me to come to hofs. said hi to them. i seriously felt the love in that room when i walked in.
Saturday
slept in yay. trader joes. cpk with nic. cpk is amazing after not having it for a long time. best pizza ever. for sure. maya's house with peter and veronica and antony and samantha. yay.
Sunday
hofs hut with my underclassmen who are all still freshmen in my mind. aka patrick adrianna ray heather tasha allison sara. then a target adventure with them all. reminded me of buffalo exchange. aka patrick and i had to try on the girl clothes. then a ucla visit with adrianna. saw gabby clara lisa lana antony sotheara robby robby cameron and sorry if i forgot you. fun night.
Monday
woke up for zero period and wanted to die. but it was fun seeing everyone. and mr. osman was his usual talkative self. that was sarcasm. but he really was more talkative than usual. went back to sleep. visited alex at csulb. lunch with garrett. second poly visit for 7th period. i got the ms. amici hug. mrs. miller was super happy to see me of course. she says my sister is a doll. senora martines misses me and salsa club had a big turnout. ms. leaney made me say something about college essays but i didn't know what to say so i said "they're important." ms. hughes was in mr. arfy's room doing career guidance so i sat in for some of that. and yay again for seeing everyone.
so i'm sadder than i thought i would be. i mean, i've left before. but still i find those leaving feelings coming back. but i'm really glad i came back for this short time and got to see a lot of people. thanks to everyone who saw me. you made my weekend. i'll be back again thanksgiving.
oh and my birthday is this thursday. the big 18.
