FINALLY REPLACING MY PIECE OF SHIT CHEVY MALIBU!
I bought an '07 Toyota Yaris Friday with all the power upgrades. I love this car -- really fun to drive, handles well, great gas mileage.
Some of you kids might freak out because it's not lolvroomvroomfastlol, as it only has a 1.5l 106HP engine.
This is the Yaris sedan. I didn't like the liftback.
What I got: Automatic, ABS, power windows and locks and outside mirrors, cruise, CD/MP3/WMA, Aux jack for MP3 players, 15" steel wheels, rear defrost, 60/40 folding rear seats, sound sheild, fabric guard, sealant, extended life tires.
All the above stuff I named is not standard; it's part of a few upgrade packages. Hell, even the tachometer isn't standard.
I also test drove a Scion xA.
The Scion was cheap with good standard features, but I didn't like the way the steering wheel didn't lift high enough, and it touched my legs.
The Yaris is surprisingly very roomy, about as much leg room as my girlfriend's nissan sentra (which I drove a couple thousand miles this summer on our trip). I'm 6'2" -3" and I was even able to comfortably sit in the back.
This is my first brand new car, replacing my 1999 chevy malibu.
