On an unrelated note, yesterday I was shopping with Shifra at Whole Foods and they had some sample cheese out. There's little I enjoy more than plates full of free sample cheese, cut into tasty little cubes that you spear with a toothpick. And yesterday's featured cheese had a truly great name. Are you ready?
