i woke up better today...not 100%, but about 88%. my throat doesn't really hurt anymore badly, though i feel it, but my head is congested and feels out of it. i haven't taken any meds today yet, and hopefully i won't need to. i hope nothing comes back...i want to feel 100% perfect tomorrow...like i usually do, but i haven't felt well since last monday.
but according to my white board, i have bubonic plague and i'm a level 8 biohazard.
i wish i hadn't so much reading to do today, which is where i'm off to after i finish my cereal. it's finally sunny! it's sunny in meadville! this is a first in weeks! i can't wait to get outside.
i think that to feel perfect again, i have to act perfect...i have a craving to go to the wise center and run or swim or play raquetball or something. i just feel like i need the beach...sunny so cal or somewhere...to just hang out with friends, go in the water, run on the beach, lay in the sun, eat good, fresh, pure foods, and just have a good time like that under the sun with warm air everywhere.
