Am I serious? Well, yes and no. I do really think that mastectomies are gross. It's unreasonable (as I noted), but it's true. I don't think it's any worse than being grossed out by broccoli, or anal sex, or that scene in Village of the Damned where Kirstie Alley dissects herself.
