Now that Isabelle Dinoire's face transplant has been declared a success (here's the only before/after shot I could find if you're interested. And if anyone can find a link to the donor's picture, I kind of want to see that, too. I'm pretty sure they were showing it on CNN last night, but I wasn't paying attention), apparently they're looking for new candidates. And our old friend Skin Mittens has made the short list! I'm rooting for her to be chosen, even though I'm sure there's a long list of people who are equally disfigured that could use it. But still, she has used her scariness for good. Now we just need someone to work on a finger transplant! Go Skin Mittens!
