[Part of Nagi had already made the decision. Speaking with Olivier only sealed the deal. He knows he has nothing to fight for anymore, not since he woke up in this place. He has no hope; no reason to live; no reason to fight.

But everyone else here does.

They have their own dreams. Their own hopes. Their own personal definition of freedom. Nagi doesn't have any reason to help them achieve that goal, but why does he need one?

So he'll fight the system. Grady, the Mayor, all of them; anyone who would deny his fellow captives their freedom. He's got experience with this sort of thing, after all. He'll do it because he can't not do it. Because it's all he can do to keep himself from completely losing his mind.

And maybe he'll find peace, at the end of it all. But he won't get his hopes up.]

Hello, everyone. This is Nagi again. [His voice is calm, steady. He feels better than he has in a while.]

Listen, I want to thank everyone who humored me last time. I know it was a little vague, but... well, it helped.

I know many of us are strangers here, and our worlds may be very different. But I believe that there are certain concepts that remain the same no matter where you go. Freedom is one of those concepts. No matter who you are or where you come from, we're all being held here against our will by people who clearly don't have our best interests at heart.

This is why I am declaring war against Mayfield, and those who control it.

I'm probably not the first. I probably won't be the last. But this situation, being trapped here in this town, is very familiar to me... In my own world, I was unlawfully imprisoned in a place called Deadman Wonderland. My friends and I organized a group we called Scar Chain, a group dedicated to breaking free of that prison.

I intend to do much the same thing here and now. I know there are others here who have already started up resistance groups. I've already spoken to the Major General, and we've agreed that separate groups would be for the best. If one of us falls, the other can carry on in their stead. We stand apart, but we're both striving for the same goal.

I also know you have no reason to trust me. I'm nobody, just another prisoner. I have some experience leading, but that's all. I'm not a general, or a hero. Whatever powers I had in my world are gone now. I'm not exactly expecting an army of eager volunteers.

But I'm going to fight. As long as I'm here, so is Scar Chain. And if you're willing to fight for the freedom we deserve, you're free to join me. I don't care how old you are. I don't care if you can fight. If you want to go home, that's good enough for me.

...Sorry for the rant, ahaha... That's all I have to say. If you're interested, be sure to give me a call. No matter what you do, though, just remember: no matter how pleasant this place tries to be, it's a prison.

Never forget that.
