Who could be Stephen Maturin?
Well, I am really curious to know who you could imagine as Maturin, apart from Paul Bettany?
For me, Jonathan Pryce IS Stephen Maturin. Want proof? Check this out!
Ok, maybe not the glasses in this pic... But otherwise, I think he really matches the books descriptions...
He's small, not very handsome, can look very sweet or very evil at times (played a bad guy in one James Bond, and played the nice naive guy in Brazil), has that little "spanish-catalan"look (he played in the movie "Evita"), not a lot of hair, likes to wear black... Anyway, did I manage to convince anybody, or were you already a fan of Pryce-as-Maturin? ;)
