Last week was snow week in Athens, Georgia. For someone who grew up in Ohio and Michigan, the snowpocalypse was amusing. Georgia simply doesn't have the snow plows, the salt, or the experience to clear the roads. I missed 3 days of work, but the media said roads were pretty risky all 5 weekdays last week, which is why school was out all last week. It was fun to stay home in pajamas all day for multiple days, but I didn't get as much done as I should've. Winter is a monster in 90% of the country. Fingers crossed that we won't get more snow, as I don't have many snow days left.
