A long and pointless entry
Since I have to do a 15 page research paper on J.R.R. Tolkien, I figured I should get some quotes. This one is kinda funny I thought:
"Some who have read the book (lord of the rings), or at any rate reviewed it, have found it boring, ubsurd, or contemptible; and I have no cause to complain, since I have similar opinions of their works, or of the kinds of writing that they evidently prefer."
Haha. That guys the man and so are his books!
Also its snowing like crazy over here... I better not have school tomorrow! (its a half day anyways, so even a delay means a cancellation!!!)
By the way, last night I realized how lazy I really am. I had to write an essay and I told myself I'd do it right after school and didn't do it until 8! (I finished at like 12) I just kept doing random stuff to keep myself from actually writing. Like eating both halfs of a bagel, then a bowl of cereal, then SunChips (i shared those with my cat). When I finally put a piece of paper in front of myself, I ended up drawing on itfor almost an hour before I wrote a few words. And then I kept stopping and thinking of pointless stuff that didn't matter for long amounts of time.
I'm gonna flunk out of college unless I can cure my laziness. I just don't feel like thinking, ya know?
