Of Cheesy Movies and Too Much Wine
I am here in Detroit, and aliasrlm and I are sitting on the couch watching French Kiss, which we both love despite Meg Ryan and Kevin Kline's Faux French accent.
Last night we went out and had a lovely Italian dinner with too much wine. While we had grand plans of going out and painting the town red, we ended up on the couch watching Intervention and South Park's take on 24. "Why do you think I'm talking like this? In a whisper, but a really loud whisper for dramatic effect!"
Today's plans... eating bagels that her man is currently out buying us, shopping, and then Blades of Glory! "I see you still look like a 15 year old girl, only not hot!" Awe-some. If it's half as good as Anchorman, it'll still be a riot.
Fandom news of the day, S2 of SGA showed up on my wishlist at the used CD store in town. I'm on a real SGA kick, especially S/W fic, which I can't stop reading. No comment on any spoilers.
