What could possibly go wring?
Take a robot, design it to feed off organic matter, add a gun, a sense of ego and self-preservation, and what do you have? A killing machine deeply motivated to kill.
But we're not to worry, because the robot in question isn't *designed* to kill and eat people. It's not in the spec, so we're all perfectly safe because, hell, it's not like software engineering ever throws up surprises.

One of the company's arguments is that the robot is a strict vegetarian. My first thought is to wonder how good are its algorithms for identifying vegetable matter. I'm sure we'll all be safe if we keep moving and NEVER SLEEP AGAIN.
